Overview of Hydrogen Electrolysis
Optimizing the heart of green hydrogen production, our high-efficiency water-cooled hydrogen electrolysis rectifier 1000A 30V delivers the precision voltage and unwavering current stability required to maximize electrolyzer efficiency and operational uptime.
After the AC input voltage is filtered by the rectifier circuit, the high-voltage DC power is obtained. “Variable frequency conversion” can invert the high-voltage direct current into about 30 kHz high-frequency alternating current, which is then converted into the secondary voltage by a high-frequency transformer, and then filtered by the high-frequency rectifier circuit to obtain the required output voltage for hydrogen electrolysis.
Then, sampling of the output voltage and current is performed by the control circuit, and the signal of pulse width modulation (PWM) for controlling the inverter circuit is generated after closed-loop feedback to keep steady output voltage and current for hydrogen electrolysis.

Application of Hydrogen Electrolysis in Hydrogen Energy
Among various hydrogen-production methods, Hydrogen Electrolysis is widely used. The Power Rectifier primarily supplies DC power for the electrolysis reaction, producing hydrogen and oxygen from water.
The generated hydrogen has broad applications—refineries, fuel cells, ammonia/methanol synthesis, metal processing, food production, and electronics—with especial prominence in the vehicle industry.
Hydrogen Electrolysis is achieved by linking a Power Rectifier to the conventional power grid and coupling it with an electrolyzer. An inverter mediates between hydrogen storage and the grid.
