Overview of Hydrogen Electrolysis

The 60V 180A DC Power Supply Rectifier used in Electrolysis for Hydrogen provides the essential DC power for water electrolysis, and its reliability is crucial for the stable operation of the electrolyzer in green hydrogen production.

After the AC input voltage is filtered by the rectifier circuit, the high-voltage DC power is obtained. “Variable frequency conversion” can invert the high-voltage direct current into about 30 kHz high-frequency alternating current, which is then converted into the secondary voltage by a high-frequency transformer, and then filtered by the high-frequency rectifier circuit to obtain the required output voltage for hydrogen electrolysis.

Then, sampling of the output voltage and current is performed by the control circuit, and the signal of pulse width modulation (PWM) for controlling the inverter circuit is generated after closed-loop feedback to keep steady output voltage and currentfor hydrogen electrolysis.
