Hydrogen Electrolysis Rectifier: Powering Green Hydrogen Production.​

The ​Hydrogen Electrolysis Rectifier​ provides the necessary DC power for the electrolysis process and is the essential power supply equipment for hydrogen production from electrolytic water. Its reliability is crucial to the reliable and stable operation of the ​electrolyzer.

After the AC input voltage is filtered by the rectifier circuit, the high-voltage DC power is obtained. “Variable frequency conversion” can invert the high-voltage direct current into about 30 kHz high-frequency alternating current, which is then converted into the secondary voltage by a high-frequency transformer, and then filtered by the high-frequency rectifier circuit to obtain the required output voltage ​for hydrogen electrolysis.

Then, sampling of the output voltage and current is performed by the control circuit, and the signal of pulse width modulation (PWM) for controlling the inverter circuit is generated after closed-loop feedback to keep steady output voltage and current ​for hydrogen electrolysis.
